  • RICH Cookie Bites ships via UPS Ground or USPS Ground/Priority Mail. Orders are processed and shipped Wednesday through Saturday (excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Please note: this schedule does not apply to preorders.

    Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days with UPS or USPS, depending on your location.

  • When your order ships, you’ll receive your order number along with a tracking link so you can follow your cookies right to your doorstep.

    If there is no movement on your tracking information after 72 business hours, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to investigate further.

    Note: Orders are processed and shipped Wednesday - Saturday after your order is received.

  • Lost Packages

    Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once your order has shipped. If your order does not arrive as indicated in the tracking details, you must file a claim with the carrier and notify RICH Cookie Bites. Once a claim is filed and a claim number is obtained, RICH Cookie Bites will work with you toward resolution based on the carrier’s findings.

    RICH Cookie Bites will not replace items in a package that is marked as delivered by the carrier but is subsequently lost or stolen. We do not offer refunds on packages lost by the carrier, nor can we refund shipping costs once a package has been sent.

    Damaged Packages

    We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. If this occurs, please contact our customer support team at junkie@richcookiebites.com as soon as possible.

    If an item arrives damaged, please contact us to initiate an exchange.

  • Please note that we do not currently offer free shipping. Each order is carefully packed and shipped with love to ensure your cookies arrive fresh!

  • Sorry, #RICHCOOKIEJUNKIES! At this time, we don’t offer worldwide shipping—we currently ship within the USA only.

  • Expedited shipping may be requested, and if we’re able to meet the requested timelines, we’d be happy to ship your package quickly. Please note: there is an additional charge for expedited shipping, and you will be invoiced for the remaining shipping balance. Orders will not ship until the invoice is paid in full.

  • We are sorry to hear that you have not received your order yet. There are times that tracking shows delivered but it doesn't get dropped off until the next day or so. If you haven't received the item in 3 business days please file a claim with UPS here / USPS here.

    We handpick a curated selection of our favorite flavors and restock them online at richcookiebites.com every Sunday at 2 PM CST. Cookies are baked 2–3 days a week, and our menu rotates weekly, so there’s always something new to try!

  • Our cookie drops, restocks, and collections are launched during CST [Central Time]. Please ensure that you have checked your local time listings to understand what this time means for you.

  • RICH Cookie Bites is housed in Chicago, Illinois. All product launches are in Central Standard Time [CST] and we encourage you to convert this to your current location and time zone to shop the new drops, restocks, and more. If we are running late, please be patient and continue to refresh the page. We kindly ask you to refrain from sending emails, DMs or comments regarding a late launch - our team is aware and we are working to get the menu uploaded for you. If there are ever any major changes made to our launch day, we will notify everyone ahead of time. All items will show sold out until the launch has begun.

  • All of the items will show sold out prior to the new drops or restocks. If you are on the website before the collection launches, you will not be able to checkout as this allows all #RICHCOOKIEJUNKIES to be able to purchase at the same time. 

  • If an item is listed as sold out - we highly encourage you to sign up to be notified when the item is restocked [this is required for each individual item].

  • Our menu is updated weekly! Sometimes we restock fan-favorite cookie flavors, and other times they head into our RICH Cookie Vault until they’re ready to make a comeback.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer gluten-free or vegan options at this time.

  • Kindly refer to your confirmation email - if the email does not say ‘pre-order’ your order will be shipped as normal.

  • We currently release/restock items in limited quantities and flavors. To stay tuned for restocks and new drops, please add your email to the waitlist on each item page by clicking submit under ‘GET NOTIFIED BY EMAIL WHEN THIS PRODUCT IS IN STOCK.’

  • If you received a back-in-stock notification but the item shows sold out now, it means another #RICHCOOKIEJUNKIE was able to make their purchase quicker than you! Sometimes, we may increase quantities for certain items during our ‘open orders’ so we highly recommend staying on the notification list in case the product is restocked again. 

  • At this time, we do not offer pre-order for items that are not marked as pre-order. Please add your email to the notification list by entering the requested info and clicking ‘submit’ on the product page that you are interested in. 

  • Our email notification list allow for your to be informed when an item is back in stock. Please note that items may sellout during the checkout process.

  • Place your order online and select the ‘SPECIFIC EVENT’ option at checkout.

    On event day, please pick up your order during the scheduled pickup times — this information can be found in your order confirmation. Be sure to bring your photo ID and order confirmation to receive your goodies.
